Countryside Tree and Landscape has been a real godsend for me and my wife. We live in an old carriage house on six acres, and everything needs work. Countryside executes our jobs on budget and on time. The owner, Gary Sherman, handles all our tree work, from trimming to removal. He's also created some beautiful wooden benches from our tree's remains. When we needed stone walls, we called Gary. When we needed a beautiful stone staircase, we called Gary. When we needed outdoor lighting for our new stairway, we called Gary. We also phone Gary each spring to handle the mulching of our numerous garden beds. During many years of service we have never been disappointed in any work handled by Countrywide. It's really a great relief when you know you can depend on someone.

Countryside Tree and Landscape has worked on our property for more than four years.  Our original project was a very complex landscape redesign which included hardscape, softscape and a complicated drainage system.  Gary Sherman and the Countryside crew built several beautiful stone walls and extensive blue stone walkways that have withstood the test of time.  They flawlessly installed a large number of plantings that ranged from ground cover to mature trees.  More recently Countryside has provided annual expert pruning of shrubs and trees.

Gary’s understated manner belies his extensive knowledge and experience.  He understands how the multiple elements of our landscape impact each other and what must be done to make our property look great both today and in the future.
